    Likasi Cargo provides cargo handling, freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing, escort and securities support, and customs clearance services.
    By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful. You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

    Likasi Cargo reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion and for any lawful reason.


    2. Shipping, Handling & Delivery

    Estimated shipping or delivery timelines provided by Likasi Cargo are approximate and not guaranteed.

    Likasi Cargo shall not be liable for delays caused by:

    • Customs authorities

    • Weather conditions

    • Operational or security restrictions

    • Natural disasters

    • Third-party carriers or service providers

    Clients must ensure that all cargo documentation is complete and accurate. Any additional charges, including duties, taxes, penalties, or rerouting fees, are the sole responsibility of the client.


    3. Payments and Fees

    All services provided by Likasi Cargo must be paid for in advance, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

    • All quoted prices exclude applicable taxes and statutory fees unless clearly specified.

    • Late payments may result in additional charges, interest, or suspension of services.

    • Likasi Cargo may revise its pricing structure at any time without prior notice.


    4. Cargo Liability

    Likasi Cargo exercises due care in handling and securing your shipments. However, our liability for loss, damage, theft, or delay is limited in accordance with standard international freight and cargo handling regulations unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

    We strongly advise clients to arrange insurance coverage for all high-value, sensitive, or high-risk cargo.


    5. Customs Clearance

    Customs processes are governed by the regulations of the Republic of Zambia and the respective destination country.

    Likasi Cargo facilitates customs processing but cannot guarantee clearance outcomes or timelines.

    Clients must ensure that all customs information and declarations supplied are truthful and complete. Any fines, delays, storage charges, or penalties arising from incorrect declarations will be billed to the client.


    6. Security Services

    Where Likasi Cargo provides escort, guarding, or security-related services:

    • Security support is provided on a "best effort" basis.

    • Likasi Cargo is not liable for incidents caused by forces beyond reasonable control, including armed robbery, civil unrest, or unforeseen security risks.

    • Clients must disclose all security-sensitive details related to the cargo.

    Failure to disclose such information may void liability.


    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website and digital platforms—including company logos, branding, images, and written material—remains the exclusive property of Likasi Cargo.

    Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
